Who You Are
 
We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to help us in our overall marketing efforts.
The ideal candidate will create marketing content and distribute it effectively. You will help us create a strong brand presence with innovative promotional offerings, online and offline marketing campaigns, and marketing events. You will collaborate with the sales team to ensure that your marketing efforts support their sales efforts. Finally, your analytical skills will assist you as your monitor and report on the success of your marketing efforts.

Responsibilities
 
 	<li>Strengthen our relationship with clients and company partnerships</li>
 	<li>Plan and execute campaigns and events</li>
 	<li>Track, analyze, and report the success of those campaigns and events</li>
 	<li>Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas</li>
 	<li>Empower the sales team with marketing content and campaigns that help drive sales</li>
 	<li>Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns</li>
 	<li>Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts.</li>
 
Requirements and Skills
 
 	<li>Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience</li>
 	<li>BS/BA in Marketing or a related field of study</li>
 	<li>Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods</li>
 	<li>Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools.</li>
 	<li>Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software, and applications (Web analytics, Google AdWords, etc.)</li>
 	<li>Well-organized and detail-oriented</li>
 	<li>Exceptional communication and writing skills</li>

We are looking for a seasoned business development/marketing manager to help develop business and marketing strategies to help us break into the African market (Nigeria, Ghana, and South Africa).
The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to expand our clientele and create a strong brand presence in the tech industry in Africa. The candidate must be familiar with modern and innovative marketing strategies and technologies.

Responsibilities
 

 	<li>Develop business strategies and relationships to help Codes and Cogs expand in the African Tech Space.</li>
 	<li>Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction</li>
 	<li>Identify partnership opportunities.</li>
 	<li>Following up on new business opportunities and setting up meetings</li>
 	<li>Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas</li>
 	<li>Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns</li>
 	<li>Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts.</li>

 	<li>A minimum of 5 years of experience as a business developer and marketing manager is required.</li>
 	<li>Industry knowledge is a must-have.</li>
 	<li>Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies</li>
